After checking both boxes to go paperless and clicking the I Consent box on the bottom, the rep on the phone was able to confirm that all my Chase accounts showed up as enrolled in paperless statements. Somehow one of the circles/bubbles on the bottom was still marked for US Mail, instead of paperless. Toward the bottom of the page, I clicked Update your paperless preferences. While on the phone with a Chase Ink Bold customer service rep, *we* (he didn’t really know where to look) were able to find the Document Center under the Customer Center tab. The point of this post is to explain why I was still receiving Chase Ink Bold paper statements in the mail even after enrolling in paperless statements. Anyway, that is not the point of this post, but maybe that will help some people. You can move credit by calling the number on the back of any Chase credit card or by sending Chase a Secure Message (SM).
